When you purchase any Online Design Services from our site, as part of the buying and selling process, we may collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, city, state and email address. When we are working on your project via email we may keep all information transmitted in a project file with your name, photos transmitted, and design concepts on a third-party site, currently stored on Dropbox. Please review the Dropbox terms and conditions that apply when we use that site. If you do not wish to use Dropbox to store information for the project, please email us at ecochiconline4u@gmail.com.

Eco-Chic Design does not share your email or information with others for marketing purposes. We may need to share it with others for business purposes as for example but not limited to - sharing address and contact information with a shipping company when we send color samples. 

Eco-Chic Design does not collect any credit card information as the any purchase is finalized on a third-party platform, currently PayPal. Once you are on the PayPal site, you are bound by the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use for their website.

Email Marketing: If you choose to OPT-IN, we may send you emails about our Services, Products and other useful information. The nature of purchases on our site requires email communications to occur. Making a purchase will enter you in our email follow up programs to provide design ideas and information. You will have the opportunity to opt out, choosing to opt out may mean that you do not receive important follow up information relevant to your purchase.

How do you get my consent?

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, place an order, arrange for a delivery, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason (which includes follow up ideas and information which you will have an opportunity to opt out of at any time) only.

Eco-Chic Design currently uses the PayPal payment gateway to complete your purchase. They will process your order and collect credit card and other data in order to complete the sale. Once you are on the PayPal site you will be subject to their Privacy Policy.
